After experiencing burnout and divorce myself, EMDR became the turning point that led me to this work. Today, I help clients move from anxiety and survival mode into clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.

Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Having lived and practiced across Europe, Asia, and South America, I bring a culturally nuanced, global perspective to this work. Your cultural and historical background is taken into deep consideration when creating a personalized map to help you rewire your internal architecture.
